Windows Interactive Security is malware in all senses. It is distributed by cyber criminals as antivirus utility but in fact it only pretends to be such. It displays falsified scan results so as to convince you that certain security issues and hard drive problems have been spotted on your machine. One of the ‘favorite’ pop-ups by the badware is about serious Trojan detection. Although this sounds absurd, Windows Interactive Security expects you to fall for this spooky information and begin seeking a way out. Anyway, this app always tells you that there’s a malicious serious invasion to mislead you.
Windows Interactive Security is designed in the same way as the rest of its kind: after you turn on your computer, you will see a PC scan started automatically. This should be the first sign for you that something is wrong since no legitimate antivirus performs a computer scan without your permission. After a fake scan you will be shown a list of warnings and messages informing you about viruses found on your machine. You will be advised to buy a full version of Windows Interactive Security in order to fix your computer and remove all the viruses. But don’t get caught here since this is all these messages want you to do. First of all the messages are fake and your computer does not have the problems they inform you about. Second, even if you buy a full version of Windows Interactive Security, it will not protect you from any viruses nor fix your computer since the program is a scam that does not have any virus database. The only proper solution is to kill this virus ASAP, not to let this malware cause more serious virus invasion.
